3. User Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to represent your organization to use our services. By submitting an application or using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to bind your organization to these Terms

• You will maintain the accuracy of such information
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
